I just switched to Almond Breeze as milk for cereal- you should try it if you haven’t yet… found in Organic/Health section, in a box usually on the shelf… 8 oz=60 healthy calories…can add Splenda if like sweet, but otherwise it serves the purpose of moistening the ceral and tastes better to me than Soy

I am not really a cereal eater for breakfast or with milk. I was starving one day in K-Mart and went by the isle that had the Special K out on special, so I checked out the nutrition info and saw that it would make a healthy snack. Before that I bought some of the Kashi Lean Crunch, it too is healthy, a little sweeter and tastes like Honey Smacks, it has some added things though. It is good but expensive.
I can tell Nicki about the Milk I am sure she will be interested in it.
