When I watched the interview, I couldn’t tell if he was stoned or if there was something physically/mentally wrong. His posture and movements were of note and the red flags went up with the glasses left on, it was just more than strange.
To be honest, if I’d seen this guy on a bus, I’d probably move away. Really Christian attitude, huh?
There was a story released a couple of weeks ago about the whole “rap” thing. Apparently, he is going around, doing this, and his brother-in-law (?) is filming it for some sort of documentary, possibly like some of the stuff Andy Kaufman used to do. It’s supposedly all a big hoax, intended to show how the media reacts, etc…
With that in mind, I tend to lean toward the interview as being part of the hoax, as well, but who knows…
I finally got a chance to watch the video and I definitely vote fake. There are several times (like after Letterman’s Unabomber comment), when he tries not to laugh and “break character.” Also, watch the end, when he takes off his sunglasses and appears to start acting normally, immediately after the interview is over.
Yeah, after you posted the first time I saw the almost slips of a smile and/or laughter.
